One of our recruitment consultants, with knowledge on your field, will get in touch with you for a no-obligation consultancy call.
Following your consultancy call, if you would like to know more about what we offer, we will spend time with you discussing our recruitment business terms. We will get to know you a little more too and understand your business, as well as outlining our processes, timescales and fees.
You will present your recruitment assignment. This will detail all your requirements from what you are looking for in a candidate to the type of contract you need. You will be put in touch with a dedicated client line manager or HR professional to handle your account and based on the information received in this step, we will start our candidate search.
We will start screening and shortlisting the best candidates identified through our searches and we will conduct screening interviews with the top talent and provide you with a final list for review. Following this, we will schedule full interviews with the candidates that you select from our shortlist and once the interviews are complete, we follow up with both you and all candidates seeking feedback.
We will negotiate the offer letter with the selected candidates, ensuring both you and the candidates are satisfied with the terms and that everyone is happy to proceed. We keep in touch with clients and candidates even after a contract commences. We do this at intervals to receive feedback on expectations, job satisfaction and overall performance.
After placements and Candidate work commencement: We always follow up with our Clients and Candidates after the contract commencement dates seeking their feedback on the work and level of happiness and work performance.
